This demanding sport requires hand eye coordination, proper footwork, cardiovascular strength, bursts of energy, balance, reaction timing, and agility. Ambition in learning this sport will naturally encourage the strengthening of your mind and body allowing you to achieve your physical goals. Our coaches are selected for their knowledge and discipline in boxing along with their ability to thrive in competition.
